The lecture combines the basics of marketing with current developments in the retail environment and highlights the interfaces between manufacturers, retailers and consumers.

Note

The Marketing and Retailing module comprises an integrated lecture series focusing on the topics "Strategic Retail and Brand Management" and "Strategic Customer Relationship Management". In the first and second half of the lecture series, one main topic is covered in each half.

The content covered in the lecture and in the tutorials and the literature references given are relevant for the final examination.
