Best Paper Award in the Field of Family Entrepreneurship at BCERC 2026
Moonum Zehra, together with Prof. Dr. Arndt Werner, Prof. Dr. Meike Stephan, and Sepideh Ghahremani at the Babson College Entrepreneurship Research Conference (BCERC) 2026 at the University of Alabama with the Best Paper Award in the field of Family Entrepreneurship from the Bertarelli Institute for Family Entrepreneurship.
The award-winning paper, “Managing Dual Roles: Coping with Work-Family Conflict and Enhancing Well-being of Family Business Members,”* examines how members of family businesses cope with work-family conflicts and the impact on their well-being.
Moonum Zehra accepted the award on behalf of the team of authors from Andrew Zacharakis, Director of the BCERC. We congratulate the authors on this award.
