We are looking for:
In School IV — School of Science and Technology, Chair of Interconnected Automation Systems (IAS) — we are seeking an operational project manager for the EU doctoral network "Hy-DETAILS," starting January 1, 2027, under the following terms:
65% = 25.89 hours
- Pay Grade 13 TV-L
- Fixed-term contract until December 31, 2030
Your Responsibilities:
- Overall operational coordination of the EU Horizon MSCA project “Hy-DETAILS” (https://cordis.europa.eu/project/id/101312096)
- Central communication with the consortium partners and the EU/REA
- Organizing project committees and network meetings
- Monitoring the work plan
- Coordination of scientific, technical, and administrative reporting
- Support for financial and resource management
- Supporting the recruitment and onboarding of doctoral candidates
- Coordination of the joint training program
- Ensuring Compliance
- Supporting communication, dissemination, and commercialization
Your Profile:
- Completed doctoral degree (or to be completed by the end of 2026 at the latest)—ideally in engineering or the natural sciences
- Strong interest in interdisciplinary and international collaboration
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High degree of independence, a solution-oriented approach, and the ability to reliably manage multiple parallel processes
- Desirable: Skills and experience in research management / scientific project management (ideally in the context of EU consortium projects)
- Very good command of English (spoken and written)
- Good command of German (spoken and written)
