“All In – Diversity Is Our Profession”: Under this motto, the Office for Equal Opportunity at the University of Siegen was officially launched on the 14th German Diversity Day. The enthusiastic response and the many positive comments have shown just how important the issues of equal opportunity, diversity, and inclusion are to our university.

In the current issue of our newsletter, we look back on the opening ceremony, report on the events of the supporting program, and provide insights into the diverse areas of work of the Office—ranging from gender equality to family responsibilities and diversity to inclusion.

We also provide information about the job opening for the Office of the Central Equal Opportunities Officer and two of her deputies, and have once again compiled numerous tips on interesting events, projects, and dates at the University of Siegen and beyond for you.
