Plural Summer Academy 2026

Apply by June 1: The Plural Summer Academy 2026

Whose Economy, Whose Future? Plural Summer Academy 2026 | Apply now!

The standard answers of economics to the ecological crisis, social inequality and global instability are not enough for you? Do you want an economic education that looks beyond the mainstream? Good - so do we. And that's why we're inviting you to the Plural Summer Academy 2026.

Under the motto "Whose Economy, Whose Future? Purpose, Power, and Pluralist Alternatives", we want to rethink the rules of the economy. From September 6 to 12, 2026, we will meet at a place that itself breathes history and change: the Alte Nudelfabrik in Zeitz.

What you can expect:

  • Keynote speeches and workshops from leading minds in plural economics.
  • Plurality instead of dogma: we discuss beyond the mainstream. From post-Keynesianism to ecological economics and feminist economics.
  • Community instead of competition: Meet over 50 like-minded people who see economics not as a deadlocked discipline, but as a vibrant field for change.
  • A unique atmosphere in the historic pasta factory, inspired by the transformative power of the location.

Your chance to become part of this movement! Places are limited to ensure an intensive exchange. The application deadline is June 1. Don't wait until all places are taken.
