Review of the home office at the University of Siegen

The Human Resources Department of the University of Siegen invites all employees to take part in a survey on working from home.

The "Framework Agreement on Flexible Working Arrangements" has been in force at the University of Siegen for around five years and has changed our working environment. A good time to take stock.

The Human Resources Department is therefore inviting all employees of the University of Siegen to take part in a review of working from home.

The aim of this survey is to gather concrete experiences in the context of flexible working and to give you the opportunity to provide systematic feedback. The assessments of the organizational framework conditions, leadership, cooperation, work efficiency and other aspects will help to derive relevant fields of action and thus further develop the design options for working environments at the University of Siegen.

The Human Resources Department invites all employees to provide feedback and ideas - regardless of whether they are involved in

  • work in science, research and teaching or in technology, management and administration,
  • already work flexibly (at agreed times or situationally),
  • currently work exclusively on site/in presence,
  • plan to work flexibly in the near future or
  • want to continue to work exclusively on site.

Participation in the review survey is voluntary and anonymous - and possible until December 30, 2025. Please allow around 20 minutes to complete the survey.
