Seven new trainees at the University of Siegen
From industrial mechanics to draughtswomen: seven new trainees are starting their careers at the University of Siegen. The future fields of work are diverse and show the whole range that the university has to offer in vocational training.
Nora Zeaiter will become an office management assistant. Lily Davie is starting her training in the university library. Her career goal is to become a specialist in media and information services. Enola Gierelt has decided to train as a draughtswoman specializing in architecture. Ben Güthing and Jasper Kraft are learning the trade of industrial mechanic. Mark Denis and Fabian Franz will become IT specialists in system integration. The training period lasts three or three and a half years, depending on the profession.
The trainees were warmly welcomed by their specialist trainers and the training managers Cathrin Wienkamp and Sarah Pieper. Everyone had already got to know each other at a Welcome Day in April and learned a lot about the university. So the first day of training started in a familiar atmosphere.
All colleagues wish the trainees a successful start. We are delighted that you are here!
