A DFG project to develop sustainable catalytic processes for the use of bio-based raw materials
Would you like to work on sustainable solutions for the chemical industry and develop your own catalysts as part of your doctoral studies? In this interdisciplinary DFG project at the University of Siegen and the University of Hamburg, you will conduct research at the intersection of engineering chemistry, heterogeneous catalysis, and process engineering. In doing so, you will have the opportunity to develop your own scientific profile and contribute to the use of bio-based raw materials in the chemical industry.
You can expect intensive academic supervision, regular scientific exchange, research stays at both locations, as well as opportunities to participate in national and international conferences and to publish your results.
