Limited performance of the old university websites (XIMS)

Dear users,

Currently, the old university websites (XIMS) may occasionally experience longer loading times. This is due to the current high volume of automated access (e.g. from bots, search engines and AI crawlers), which is placing greater than usual demands on the available system resources.

We are working hard to ensure the stability of the system and to minimize the impact on users.

However, it is once again apparent that the technology used is only designed to meet the requirements of the modern internet to a limited extent. Against this background, we recommend a prompt migration to the new Drupal CMS, which offers significantly higher stability, better performance and long-term future security.
