Julia Krämer

Julia Krämer is responsible for project coordination at Prof. Dr. Thomas Ludwig's Chair of Human-Centered Information Systems. 

After completing her training as a bank clerk at Volksbank in South Westphalia, she worked for Sal. Oppenheim bank in Cologne. There, she monitored the creditworthiness of banks and institutions in the Risk Management department. In 2001, she returned to Volksbank in South Westphalia as assistant to the head of sales organization. 

After the birth of her three children, she took up her first position at the University of Siegen in 2015, where she was responsible for the administration of public and privat funded third-party projects at the Faculty of Economics, Computer Science, and Law until October 2022. Between 2020 and 2022, parallel to her work at the University of Siegen, she implemented the organizational establishment of a research institute and served as its managing director. 

Since november 2022, she has been working for Prof. Ludwig's chair – initially at the University of Siegen, and from may 2023 to february 2026 also as a project coordinator at the FernUniversität of Hagen.
