Bachelor: Change of degree program (subject) for the summer semester

a. Change to a subject without admission restrictions

In the 1st year of study, you can transfer via unisono until 15 March.
In the 2nd or a higher year of study, the same conditions apply for changing subjects as for changing to a subject with restricted admission:
 

b. Change to a subject with restricted admission (general procedure for the summer semester)

= You are choosing a new subject or your supplementary subject is to become a core subject? Then you need at least 15 CP in the subject!

1. Submit the application for recognition and the application for placement in a higher semester to the subject representative.
2. Your Examination Office will send you your placement decision by e-mail.
3. Register via unisono by March 15 and upload the notification of placement in a higher (>1) semester! 
   When changing to the core subject of Media Studies, you also need proof of the pre-study internship (or you must submit it by the end of March at the latest).

Bachelor: Change of degree program (subject) for the winter semester

a. Change to an admission-free subject in the 1st semester

Transfer via unisono by 15.09. and, if necessary, apply for recognition of credits already earned.

b. Change to a subject with restricted admission in the 1st semester

Apply by 15.07. via unisono and, if necessary, apply for recognition of previous achievements. Places will be allocated from the end of July.

c. Change to an admission-free subject in a higher semester (>2)

For a placement in at least the 3rd semester, you need a score of:

• (Extended) core subject in model A, B, C, D at least 30 LP
• Supplementary subject in model B, D at least 15 LP

2. After reviewing your application, your Examination Office will send you your placement decision by e-mail.
3. Register via unisono by September 15 and upload the notification of placement in a higher (>2) semester!

d. Change to a subject with restricted admission in a higher semester

You need at least 30 LP for Model A.

1. Submit the application for recognition and the application for placement in a higher semester (>2) to the subject representative.
2. After reviewing your application, your Examination Office will send you your placement decision by e-mail.
3. Fill out the application for admission to a higher semester.
4. Re-register via unisono by September 15 and upload the notification of placement in a higher (>2) semester!
5. If the semester fee has been paid, the requested transfer will be carried out by your clerk at the Registrar's Office by 10 October if places are available.
