Siegen Symposia on Latin American Studies
The series is dedicated to Latin America, primarily from a literary and cultural studies perspective. In order to do justice to the multidimensionality of Latin American artifacts and the global interdependencies of the region, it pursues a decidedly interdisciplinary approach.
Of particular interest are perspectives from anthropology, history, art history, philosophy and the social sciences. Diachronic and synchronic studies on literary, artistic and cinematic works as well as on new media are included. The series publishes monographs and anthologies in German, French, Portuguese and Spanish.
