Flooring Work
Type of Service: Linoleumflooring installation in 4 lecture halls on the Adolf-Reichwein Campus from October 22, 2026, to December 9, 2026.
Estimated scope of work: The lecture hallsfeature a traditional layout with tiered seating on raised platforms. The schedule calls for the seating to be removed prior to the flooring work so that the raised platforms can be more easily covered.
The existing linoleum flooring must be removed; the concrete subfloor must be properly prepared and then refloored with linoleum. In addition to the raised platform areas, the staircases on both sides must also be refloored, including both the treads and risers.

approx. 960 m² Remove existing linoleum flooring,
prepare the subfloor, and install new linoleum flooring
approx. 50 m Install PVC baseboards
approx. 330 m stair nosing
approx. 1,700 m permanently elastic silicone joints
