The Germany Semester Ticket is available via the VWS Ticket app or can be added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet after activation. Instructions for activating the ticket can be found here:

The app is available for 

Android
and 

Apple.

When you register, you’ll receive an email from VWS with an activation code. Your student email address must be activated to receive it. 

It may take a few days for the ticket to appear in the app! 

The Germany Semester Ticket is included in the semester fee. The Germany Semester Ticket entitles students to ride on all local trains—such as RB, RE, and S-Bahn trains (SPNV)—as well as on public transportation like buses, streetcars, and subways, etc. (ÖPNV) throughout Germany.
