Senate Commission for Education
The members of the Senate Commission for Education advise on matters relating to teaching, study and examination systems and their quality. These include internal (re-)accreditation procedures (including assessments of compliance with requirements and significant changes), the introduction of new degree programs and the development of criteria and procedures for evaluating degree programs. In cooperation with the Siegen Quality Center (QZS) and Department 3 - Division 3.2, the members of the commission prepare recommendations for the Rectorate.
In addition, the members submit nominations to the (University) Senate for the election of members of the Senate Commission for Quality Improvement in Teaching and Studies.
