Our tasks

We support the University, its Schools and central institutions in the preparation, review and publication of regulations.

We offer:

  • Creationof regulations:
    We create regulations for the University, Schools and central institutions in close coordination with the responsible bodies and in compliance with legal requirements.

  • Creation of amendment regulations:
    We draft amendment regulations to adapt existing regulations, ensure a clear and comprehensible presentation of the changes and ensure consistency with the underlying regulations.

  • Review of regulations and amendment regulations:

    We review the form and content of existing and newly created regulations and amendment regulations to ensure legal certainty, consistency and comprehensibility.

  • Preparation of versions ready for publication:

    We prepare regulations and amendment regulations in a form ready for publication and ensure their proper publication in the Official Notices.

  • Archive management:
    All published regulations and amendment regulations are systematically archived to ensure long-term traceability and availability.

  • Finding relevant regulations
    We support students and former students in finding regulations relevant to them, in particular study, examination and doctoral regulations.
