The International Baccalaureate (IB) and the Bilingual International Baccalaureate (GIB) are special high school diplomas. If you have completed the IB with an appropriate course selection and can demonstrate sufficient proficiency in German, you are eligible for admission to a bachelor’s degree program at the University of Siegen. If you have earned the GIB, you are eligible for admission to the University of Siegen without needing to provide any further proof. Prospective students with an IB or GIB should apply to the STARTING department within the application deadlines.
