International and Intercultural Management
International and Intercultural Management examines how organizations can operate successfully in culturally diverse and globally interconnected contexts. Our research combines questions of internationalization with human resources and organizational perspectives, placing particular emphasis on the systematic integration of different cultural contexts.
Our focus is on strategies and design approaches that enable productive collaboration across cultural boundaries. We are concerned both with developing sustainable competitive advantages and with enhancing constructive interculturality and effective forms of cooperation in internationally-oriented organizations.
