The next Forum Siegen event will take place on May 28!
In cooperation with the SFB "Media of Cooperation", a panel discussion will begin at 20:00 with the title: "Health in times of 'smart' living. How we shape our everyday lives with (or without) health-promoting technologies and how this changes the way we live together and ourselves"

Forum Siegen: Lecture - Discussion - Exchange
The manifold problems of our time do not allow science to be practiced only in an academic ivory tower. Even if scientific research and enlightenment cannot conjure up patent remedies and concise instructions, they are able to shape many insights and decisions in all areas of society through methodical training, critical questions and conditional information.
Acting in difficult times increasingly requires reflection. The Siegen Forum therefore discusses problems and examines methods that are important for "practice" in politics, business and culture. Representatives of all scientific disciplines will have their say - and listen.
The framework theme "Medicine of the Future", which is also the theme of the Science Year 2026, forms the umbrella for a total of nine events. Exciting focal points from various disciplines will be brought into focus and the view broadened.
