Self-study course: Learning effectively for and in the workplace – Future Skill „Learning Competence“
Work takes place in a context of constant change, dynamic processes, and new challenges. This makes it all the more important to stay on top of things, set new learning goals, and develop learning strategies—thereby actively shaping your own progress. In this self-paced course, we’ll explore a fundamental future skill: learning competence. It will help you, as an employee, achieve long-term success throughout your career and view challenges as opportunities.
