Tell us about it! Talking (about) literature

On November 12 and 13, 2026, we will host a conference in honor of Jörg Döring’s 60th birthday at the Student Service Center at the University of Siegen—“Tell Us a Story! Talking (About) Literature.”

The conference will focus on a topic that has particularly preoccupied Jörg Döring in recent years: the media-based—and above all auditory—communication of literature and storytelling, as well as talking about literature.
