Department 2 - University Planning

Department 2 supports the university planning of the University of Siegen through

• academic controlling/reporting in teaching and research,
• capacity analysis and the drafting of agreements with the state of NRW,
• conducting/analyzing surveys and participating in university rankings.

In addition, Department 2 is responsible for the further development and operation of the campus management system unisono for

• digital processes throughout the entire student life cycle, from application and enrollment to graduation and doctoral studies,
• information on studying and teaching, from the online course catalog to the module handbook, and
• efficiency through interfaces to other relevant IT systems.
