The Department of Construction Law introduces itself

The Construction Law course covers German and international public and private construction and architectural law, public procurement law as well as construction and public procurement criminal law, including the topic of Compliance in construction projects.

Legal relationships between architect - client and client - construction companies are dealt with. This includes

• Contractor contracts: VOB contract and BGB contract according to content and type of agreement, in particular problems of acceptance, warranty, notification of concerns and correctness of invoicing
• Architect contracts: according to content, form of contract conclusion (service phases, degree of difficulty, etc.), liability issues
