The quality of studies and teaching is an important feature of the University of Siegen. In order to ensure and improve this quality, the University of Siegen relies, among other things, on the people who are best placed to judge this: the university's students and alumni.

As part of the large university-wide surveys (surveys of new students, students, graduates and alumni), you are asked to provide a great deal of information that can enable the university to identify and rectify weaknesses in studies and teaching. This effort is particularly high for the respondents. In future, the university management would like to reward this effort in a special way.

For every completed questionnaire from the survey of new students, students, graduates and alumni, the university management will transfer 1 euro each to the Studienförderfonds e.V. Siegen. The money will be used to provide socially disadvantaged students at the University of Siegen with a scholarship of €1,250 per semester or €2,500 per year.

With your willingness to take part in the University of Siegen's surveys, you are therefore not only helping the University of Siegen, but also the students directly.
