Optics Lab

With support of the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Technology an “Optics Lab” was established at the Department of Physics. This laboratory allows students to build and modify experiments in the framework of lab courses and other training activities to strengthen their knowledge and experimental skills in optics and photonics. Topics include for instance fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (FCS), Hanbury Brown-Twiss (HBT) interferometry and surface-plasmon resonance (SPR) sensing.
