Registration and deregistration for examinations

All examinations and coursework (except theses, internships) must be registered via unisono
to register.

Note: It is recommended that you make a printout of the registration confirmations for examinations and any error messages for your records. The above-mentioned registrations are not linked to the registrations for the corresponding course, i.e. registration for a lecture/exercise/seminar does not replace registration for an examination/study achievement.

The respective examination registration times can be found under the examination dates. Please note that these dates are hard; registration after the examination registration deadline is only possible in justified cases of hardship by submitting a written application to the Examination Board. In the event of technical problems, please always contact the Examinations Office immediately. At the latest on the next day after the end of the examination registration period.

Here you will find an overview of the examination dates and examination types. Please note the current status. The overview is without guarantee. We therefore ask you to inform yourself about the examination dates, time and room in unisono. In special cases, you will also be informed by your lecturers.

The examinations in the summer semester 2025 will take place in the following period:

21.07.-01.08.2025 and 15.09.-26.09.2025

The registration of examination and study achievements is possible from 01.06.25.

New: Examinations can be registered up to 14 days before the respective examination date. Examination dates (without date) and coursework see entries in unisono
Cancellations are possible up to 7 days before the examination date (exact time).

The registration deadlines are strict. Please contact the Examination Office immediately in the event of technical problems. After that, registration can only be approved by the Examination Board in a justified case of hardship.

In the event of illness, please cancel your participation in the examination directly by e-mail to your examination office. A medical certificate with the application for withdrawal in the event of illness must be submitted to the Examination Office within three days so that the examination can be set for withdrawal with a recognized certificate.

Please contact the lecturer or module coordinator responsible for the course directly to arrange an appointment to view the exam.

You can view the assessments of your Bachelor's/Master's thesis by submitting an informal request to the Examination Board via the Examination Office (pa-dbhs@uni-siegen.de)

Cancellations can be madeseven days before the respective examination date(please note the time of the examination!) via unisono. If no date is specified there, you can deregister from examinations and coursework until March 31 (end of semester) in the winter semester and until September 30 in the summer semester. If you have technical problems, please contact unisono support. For all other organizational matters, please contact the Examination Office for Digital Health Sciences and Biomedicine as soon as possible.
