The first-year student survey provides us with information about the decision criteria for choosing a degree program and university as well as any challenges faced during the introductory phase. Furthermore, insights can be gained into the expectations, prerequisites and prior knowledge of first-year students.

The aim of the survey is to improve the information, services and advice offered by the University of Siegen.

Time: every two years - November/December

Objective: To gain insights into the decision criteria for choosing a degree program as well as the expectations, prerequisites and prior knowledge of first-year students in order to improve the information, service and advisory services offered by the University of Siegen
