Components, Layout & UI Details
- “Projects” Block: Lists of ongoing and completed projects were sometimes not displayed correctly.
- News Block (Schools): News is no longer inherited from higher-level organizational units but is now displayed only for the user’s own unit.
- Dashboard: The missing dashboard icon and link have been restored.
Permissions, Roles & Moderation
- Workbench Assignment: User profiles were sometimes assigned to the wrong organizational unit, resulting in users being granted inappropriate editing permissions. The assignment now once again uses the correct identifier from unisono. Existing profiles will be updated when saved again.
Translation & Multilingual Support
- Duplicate Pages: Translations sometimes displayed different content elements than the original German page. The cause was analyzed and corrected for the affected pages.
Stability & Performance
- Server Load: Memory reserves have been increased and the configuration adjusted to ensure the server remains stable during peak loads.
- Nightly Database Load: Recurring lock conflicts during nightly backups have been resolved.
- Image Processing: The image pipeline was switched to a more efficient process to reduce the load on the server.
- Search Index: Maintenance of the news search index to ensure that all current posts are found in their entirety.
Backup & Deployment
- Backups: Backups are once again running without errors on all environments (Live, Dev, Stage, Sandbox).
- Cron Jobs: Paths and permissions for automatic background tasks were checked and corrected following a server restart.
Security & Server
- Maintenance: Preparatory technical work was carried out for the upcoming update to the next major Drupal release to ensure the platform remains up-to-date and secure in the long term.
