Backup & Deployment
Backup creation and database monitoring were checked after a database update and errors in the backup logic were fixed.
Backup processes were further optimized and adapted to the current system environment.
Security & Server
The security configuration of the web server was revised and tightened.
SSH access rights for server users were adjusted.
Regular security and maintenance updates were installed.
Stability & performance
The cause of recurring database crashes has been identified and fixed.
A performance analysis tool has been set up to specifically identify bottlenecks in the editorial workflow; the caching behaviour has been checked and optimized based on this analysis.
A bug has been fixed that caused the preview blocks to display incorrect content when creating new posts due to caching problems.
Administrative modules that are no longer needed have been removed from the system
Layout Builder & reusable content
A critical error when saving page layouts has been fixed, which had previously led to an internal server error.
Components, layout & UI details
Images in the media library were no longer displayed and could not be edited - this error has been fixed, image editing and focus point setting are fully usable again.
Image quality has been slightly improved and incorrect double compression during upload has been corrected.
Permissions, roles & moderation
The permissions for area administrators to edit user accounts have been corrected
Interfaces, data imports & person profiles
Errors in person profiles have been fixed, including an abort if ORCID information is missing
