Family weeks at the University of Siegen

With the Family Weeks in the winter semester 2025/26, the Family Service Office of the University of Siegen is once again offering a varied program. Together with various cooperation partners, readings, lectures and workshops will be organized, offering the opportunity for exchange, reflection and networking.

A special thematic focus this semester is on the topic of care. The Family Service Office would like to support university members with care responsibilities and, if interested, create a network within the university.

Participation and organization

All events are free of charge. Employees can be released from work during participation after prior consultation with their supervisor. If childcare is required, this can be organized via the flexible childcare service "Flexi" or the Family Service Office. Online participation is also possible on request.
