As part of the Family Weeks, various events are held on the topics of caring responsibilities, reconciling family and career and mutual support.

The lecture is aimed at anyone who would like to find out about support options at an early stage in order to grow older in a self-determined and well-prepared manner. At the same time, it offers space for open questions and personal exchange.

As part of the University of Siegen's Family Weeks, we cordially invite you to a workshop that will support you in strengthening and actively shaping your personal compatibility of family and career or studies in the long term.
In the workshop, you will reflect on your own goals in the light of external circumstances and expectations. You will identify your personal resources and priorities and explore your individual scope for action. You will receive impulses for more balance and less mental load.
By exchanging experiences with other participants, you will develop concrete action steps that you can take directly into your everyday life.

Recognized neighbourhood assistance enables more participation in active life and supports successful care compatibility. This information event explains what recognized neighbourhood assistance is, how it is used and how it can contribute to care compatibility. You will also find out how the relief amount of 131 euros per month can be used to reimburse the costs of recognized neighbourhood assistance.
