New article on the potential of natural experiments for psychological causality research

Elke Reinhardt

Alexandra Zapko-Willmes has co-authored the article "Natural Experiments: Missed Opportunities for Causal Inference in Psychology" in the journal Advances in Methods and Practices in Psychological Science. The article was written in the context of the DFG-funded scientific network "Explicit Causal Inference in Personality Psychology", a collaboration of ten psychologists and economists led by Prof. Dr. Michael P. Grosz. The article is intended to show psychological scientists the opportunities and implementation possibilities of natural experiments for the investigation of cause-effect chains.
