Dr. Thorsten Kolling presented a position paper at the 54th Congress of the German Psychological Society in Luxembourg. The presentation focused on questions regarding the effects of technological change on human cognitive and emotional processes, from infancy through old age.
Dr. Thorsten Kolling (AOR) attended the 54th Congress of the German Psychological Society, which took place in Luxembourg from February 7–10, 2026. The conference is held every two years, and this year’s theme was “Challenges Posed by Artificial Intelligence and Climate Change.”
As part of the conference, Thorsten Kolling delivered a summarizing overview presentation titled “Human Cognition and Emotion in the Face of Digital and Robotic Interfaces: Lifespan Perspectives.” In it, he addressed questions regarding the impact of technological change on human cognitive and emotional processes, from infancy through old age.
