On January 7, 2025, the second "Personal Development" workshop was held for particularly talented pupils from grammar schools in the region. Younger students in particular took part in this event. The workshop covered the topics of personality, measuring personality, changing personality and questions about studying. The workshop was conducted by Kai Horstmann and supported by the students Franzis Neuhaus, Franziska Withake and Nora Strub from the 3rd Bachelor semester.
