Start of the application phase for degree programs with restricted admission

Prospective students can now apply for admission-restricted Bachelor's degree programs for the winter semester 2026/2027 at the University of Siegen. The available places for the respective degree programs are allocated via the central system Hochschulstart.de
system. For the coming winter semester, it is possible to apply for the following three admission-restricted degree programs

• Bachelor Psychology
• Bachelor of European Business Communication
• Bachelor of Social Sciences in Europe

Prospective students must register on Hochschulstart.de and then log in to the University of Siegen's unisono online portal with their assigned identifier. The final online application takes place there. The application deadline is 15.07.2026.

Enrolment for open-admission degree programs starts on 16 July

If you are interested in another degree program, the University of Siegen also offers a wide range of admission-free Bachelor's degree programs. Here, enrollment takes place directly online via the University of Siegen and will be open from July 16, 2026. An overview of all degree programs can be found here.
