A new, modern website for the university
We want to provide staff and researchers with a simple and flexible content management system using Drupal. But we also want to win over prospective students and current students with content of a whole new caliber—through a website that is state-of-the-art both technically and visually, in line with our corporate design. The website meets the legal requirements for public institutions, including those regarding data protection and accessibility. It also aligns with the university’s specific requirements in research, teaching, knowledge transfer (3rd Mission), and international engagement.
Through so-called landing pages, we address individual target groups directly and can better serve their information needs. Prospective students, current students, researchers, cooperation partners, and staff can easily access the content relevant to them via these pages.
In this way, we create a user-friendly website that raises the visibility of research and teaching and makes the University of Siegen more attractive overall.
