Human Resources Project Management and Digital Systems Executive Department

The cross-functional unit “Human Resources Project Management and Digital Systems” is responsible for the strategic and operational coordination of cross-functional projects in the human resources area, as well as for managing the digital systems in use—particularly with regard to their functionality, further development, and integration into the existing system landscape (e.g., SAP HCM).

Operating in a matrix structure, this new function provides support to all four departments within the Division. It ensures a structured flow of information and consistent standards in project work and system use, and—in close collaboration with Organizational Development—plays a central role in implementing digitization, optimization, and change initiatives within the context of human resources.
