With the SSPR (Self Service Password Reset) service, you can reset your password yourself if you lose it. To do this, you must first register once with the service. To register, you will need the current access data for your ZIMT account and a private e-mail address. Understandably, the e-mail address must not belong to the account for which you are registering the service, as the one-time password is sent to the e-mail address, which you can use to reset your regular password. |
