Cancellation policy for conference registration

Thank you for registering for the conference! We look forward to welcoming you to our event in July 2026. In order to ensure smooth planning and organization, we kindly ask you to observe the following cancellation policy.

1.registration period Registration for the conference is open from May 4, 2026 and ends on June 15, 2026.

2 Cancellation of registration If you need to cancel your registration, the following regulations apply:-Cancellation until June 19, 2026 If you cancel before June 19, 2026, we will refund the full amount of the conference fee minus a processing fee of 20 €.-Cancellation from June 20 to June 26, 2026: For cancellations between June 20 and June 21, 2026, we will refund 50% of the registration fee.-Cancellation after June 21, 2026: Cancellations after June 27, 2026 will not be refunded the conference fee.

3. rebooking of the registration A rebooking to another person is possible until June 19, 2026. Please contact us in good time to make the rebooking.

4 Cancellation of the conference by the organizer If the conference is canceled for unforeseen reasons (e.g. force majeure), we will refund the full amount of the registration fee. However, no further claims can be made.

5.contact for cancelations Please send your cancellation in writing by e-mail to: Foerderpaedagogik-Tagung@uni-siegen.de We kindly ask you to notify us of your cancellation, stating the registration details and the desired refund amount.
Important notes:
-A cancellation or change of registration is only valid if it is made in writing(by e-mail).-The cancellation conditions also apply to registrations already made before 04.05.2026.
