Research, teaching and service - our central areas

The Press Office supports the media and researchers in the publication of scientific findings, manages marketing activities and organizes central events.

The finance department is responsible for budget management, third-party funding, procurement and travel expenses, while the financial controlling department manages internal accounting.

The department supports the university management with analyses and statistics on strategic development and is responsible for the maintenance and further development of the campus management system.

The Legal Department advises on academic and general legal issues. The Human Resources Department looks after all employees in science, technology and administration, including personnel development and the Dual Career Service.

The department is responsible for the construction, operation and maintenance of university buildings as well as security and threat management.

The Student Services Department is the central point of contact for students, while the International Office, together with the Welcome Center for internationally mobile academics, supervises stays abroad and international projects.
