A new, contemporary web presence for the university
With Drupal, we want to provide employees and researchers with a simple and flexible content management system. But we also want to convince prospective students and students with content of a completely new quality - with a website that is technically and visually up to date in line with our corporate design. The website meets the legal requirements of public institutions, including data protection and accessibility. And it meets the specific requirements of the university in terms of research, teaching, transfer (3rd mission) and internationality.
With so-called showcase pages, we address individual target groups directly and can better serve their information interests. Prospective students, students, researchers, cooperation partners and employees can easily access the content relevant to them via these pages.
In this way, we are creating a user-friendly website that makes research and teaching more visible and the University of Siegen more attractive overall.
