The working group introduces itself
The Chair of Control Engineering develops autonomous driving and flying robots. Modern sensor technology, hardware, software and control technology are combined for this purpose. One focus is autonomous driving, for which work is being carried out on journey planning, map generation and obstacle avoidance.

Brief introduction of the working group
Control engineering is the bridge to automation: it translates physical dynamics (mechanical engineering) into the language of electrical signals (electrical engineering) in order to force the system to fulfill the will of the human precisely and stably.
