An increased level of stress has a particular effect on cardiac activity and can make you ill in the long term.

The heart rate variability decreases with psychological stress and the heart rate becomes more and more regular. Its measurement therefore allows an objective determination of the stress level. In relaxation coaching, this parameter is also used to control and monitor breathing training, which is intended to induce immediate relaxation. This simple relaxation technique can be used spontaneously and flexibly to regulate stress in everyday life and at work.
Stress scale
Everyone is exposed to psychological stress, which in unfavorable cases can lead to negative stress. Whether and to what extent these strains act as stress depends to a large extent on the personal resources available to deal with them. The stress scale is used to weigh up stress-inducing factors (e.g. working under time pressure) and ways of coping with stress (e.g. relaxation techniques) and simulate possible solutions.
