Exam dates

Here
you will find an overview of the examination dates (sorted in the Bachelor/Master/KLIMA tabs). The overview is without guarantee. Please also check the examination dates, time and room in unisono.
In special cases (e.g. oral examinations) you will also be informed by your lecturers.

Registration period and deadlines

During this period, you must register for all coursework and examinations that you will be taking in the winter semester 2025/26. Please also remember the coursework that has already been completed during the semester!

However, if you would like to take the 2nd examination date (PL only), you can only register for this in the 2nd registration phase (21.02.2026 - 06.03.2026).

Registration for coursework and examinations:

You can register for coursework and examinations via unisono. You can find instructions here.
credits will be posted and displayed in your student account (unisono) once they have been completed.

Registration for the repeat or 2nd examination date:

As in previous semesters, students can choose the second date as the first date and register for written examinations, oral examinations and written tests for which a second date is scheduled. You can only register for this in the 2nd registration phase (21.02.2026 - 06.03.2026). However, if you make use of this option, you are not entitled to another attempt in the same semester! Only if you use the first date and do not pass or do not appear, or report sick with a medical certificate (withdrawal form must be submitted to the Examinations Office by the deadline) can you take the second date as a retake date.

Withdrawal deadlines:

If an examination date is specified in unisono, withdrawal is possible up to one week before the examination date via unisono. If no examination date is specified, withdrawal is possible until the end of the semester (31.03. or 30.09.).
Note: Please note the regulations for withdrawal due to illness (see §18 RPO-B or RPO-M).

Repeating examinations and illness:

To withdraw from coursework and examinations, a doctor's certificate and the "Withdrawal from coursework and examinations" form (see download area) must be completed, signed and emailed or sent to the Examinations Office within three days of the examination date. We reserve the right to request the original documents if necessary. You should therefore keep these!

Please contact the respective lecturer for information on retake dates.
Note: For registration of retake dates, see "Registration period and deadlines".

Repeatability of coursework and examinations:

Study achievements can be repeated without restriction; examination achievements can be repeated twice within a module.
If an examination achievement is taken in the last possible repeat attempt, registration for the achievement is only possible via the Examinations Office. Simply contact the Examinations Office by email during the registration phase. We would like to point out that in the event that the 3rd attempt is also not passed, there is the possibility of a supplementary oral examination (§ 11 para. 2). An application for this must be submitted to the Examinations Office within 2 weeks! Passed coursework and/or examinations cannot be repeated.

Late registration of achievements:

Coursework can be re-registered via the Examinations Office if the lecturer agrees. To do this, lecturers must inform the Examinations Office of their name, matriculation number, degree program and module element, as well as the type of course (SL and/or PL). If necessary, please forward the corresponding e-mail to us!
