Online Election 2025 - Senate, Equal Opportunities Commission and Faculty Councils

In 2025, the elections to the Senate, the Equal Opportunities Commission and the Faculty Councils of the University of Siegen took place as internet-based online elections for the first time.

"The work in the committees of our university is an elementary component of our democratic culture. Take the opportunity to cast your vote - I would like to call on all students, professors, academic staff and employees in technology and administration to do so," explained Prof. Dr. Stefanie Reese, Rector of the University of Siegen.

The result of the election is now available.

The polling station was open from June 10, 2025 (9:00 a.m.) to June 23, 2025 (3:00 p.m.). There was no ballot box voting, but postal voting was possible.
