Richard Epstein Receives an Honorary Doctorate from the Faculty

On June 28, 2018, Faculty III of the University of Siegen awarded an honorary doctorate to the American legal scholar Richard Epstein, a professor at New York University Law School, at St. Martin’s Church on the Unteres Schloss campus in recognition of his outstanding contributions to legal scholarship. The ceremony was initiated and organized by Prof. Dr. Peter Krebs and Jun.-Prof. Dr. Stefanie Jung. A report on the event appeared in the university newspaper “Querschnitt” (Issue 3/2018, p. 18).
