Winter Semester 2018/19: Seminar “International and European Tort Law”

In the winter semester 2018/19, Prof. Rösler is offering the seminar “International and European Tort Law” for bachelor’s and master’s students. The first part covers private international law, also known as conflict of laws. The second part of the seminar examines the significance and content of the harmonization of substantive law through EU law. Auditors may be admitted upon submission of an email request.
