Winter Semester 2021/22: Seminar “Party Autonomy in Private International Law and International Civil Procedure”
You can find a list of topics and additional information in the Topic Overview (PDF). You are free to choose a topic from either private international law or civil procedure law.
As part of the seminar, an introduction to “Academic Writing in International Law” is offered, which—along with the Guide to Writing Academic Papers (PDF)—helps participants get started.
Note: It is strongly recommended that bachelor’s students have already taken the course “Private International Law and Comparative Law” (5th semester) and that Master’s students have taken—or are taking concurrently with the seminar—the lectures “Private International Law and International Litigation” and “UN Sales Law and International Arbitration” (both 1st semester).
