Winter Semester 2024/25: Seminar “Private International Law, International Procedural Law, and Uniform Private Law in the Context of Digitalization and Sustainability”

In the winter semester 2024/25, Prof. Rösler will offer the seminar “Private International Law, International Procedural Law, and Uniform Private Law in the Context of Digitalization and Sustainability” for bachelor’s and master’s students.


A list of topics and further information can be found in the Topic Overview (PDF). Students approved for the seminar by the Examinations Office will receive a notification via unisono when the list is published.

As part of the seminar, an introduction to “Academic Writing in International Law” will be offered to help participants get started. Please also refer in advance to the Guide to Writing Academic Papers (PDF).

Note: The seminar covers topics that, for bachelor’s students, correspond to the lecture “Private International Law and Comparative Law” (5th semester) and, for master’s students, the lectures “Private International Law and International Litigation” and “UN Sales Law and International Arbitration” (both 1st semester).
