WS 2025/26: Seminar "International Business Law as Reflected in Case Law"

In the winter semester 2025/26, Prof. Rösler offers the seminar "International Business Law as Reflected in Case Law" for Bachelor's and Master's students. Students admitted to the seminar by the examination office will receive a notification via unisono about the publication of the list. As part of the seminar, an introduction to "Academic work in international law" will be offered to help participants get started. In addition, reference is made in advance to the guidelines for the preparation of written papers.

Note: The seminar deals with topics that are covered by the lecture "Private International Law and Comparative Law" (5th semester) for Bachelor students and the lectures "Private International Law and International Litigation" and "UN Sales Law and International Arbitration" (both 1st semester) for Master students.
